Shipping Time:

All pre order items will be shipped within 4-8 weeks of pre order close date. Non-pre order items, when in stock, will ship within 5-7 business days.

Due to COVID-19, shipping may experience delays. If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks of shipment please contact deathcoredudesofficial@gmail.com with your order number.

Shipping Services:

We offer a variety of international shipping services through Canada Post. Due to exceedingly high shipping rates for international customers (outside of Canada), we have provided *optional* affordable shipping services available with no tracking number. Where possible, we recommend choosing an option with tracking to ensure safe delivery. 

Fees & Customs:

International customers (outside of Canada) may be subject to additional fees and customs charges.
